4 Data Processing When Visiting Our Website

4.1 Collection with Your Participation: If you send us an email, your email address and personal data will be stored for processing your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (f) and (b) GDPR.

Data will be deleted after the purpose has ceased, unless legal retention obligations apply (Section 147 German Fiscal Code, Section 257 German Commercial Code).

4.2 Collection Without Your Participation: We automatically collect data for the technical provision of our website.

4.2.1 Log Files: Website name, date/time, client request, HTTP status code, data transferred, browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL. Deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.

4.2.2 Cookies: We use session cookies as "technical cookies". These are strictly necessary and are automatically deleted when you close the browser.

5 Hosting by Cloudflare

This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes log file data for technical provision. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) has certified compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.

6 Content Management by Sanity

We use Sanity CMS for dynamic content. Data is stored with EU data residency and GDPR-compliant processing. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.

7 Contact Form

We store your information (name, email, phone, message) to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR.

8 Email Delivery by Resend

We use Resend (Resend Inc., 1111 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131, USA) for sending contact form inquiries. Data is processed on EU servers (Frankfurt). Resend has a DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is SOC 2 Type II certified. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.
